ACL / OCL Seris Input & Output Line Reactor

ACL series is Input Line Reactor and OCL series is Output Line Reactor, both are three-phase dry-type reactors specially matched with frequency converters, servo drives and automation equipment.
ACL input reactor is installed at the grid side of frequency converters. It restrains high-order harmonics, limits surge current and sudden voltage fluctuation, stabilizes power grid quality and protects upstream electrical devices. OCL output reactor is mounted at the load side, which suppresses harmonic and dv/dt surge, compensates cable capacitive current, extends the service life of motors and frequency converters.
Adopting low-loss oriented silicon steel core and F-class pure copper winding, the products feature low noise, low loss, strong heat resistance and stable performance. All units go through vacuum impregnation and curing process, with solid structure and long service life.
This series is CE certified, fully compliant with IEC 60289 standards and applicable to 50/60Hz, 380V/400V industrial power grids in Vietnam, Europe and Southeast Asia. It is a standard supporting component for production lines, harmonic filtering cabinets and power factor correction systems.

Model Explanation

    • ACL (Input Reactor): Grid side connection, suppress grid harmonic & inrush current, improve power factor.
    • OCL (Output Reactor): Load side connection, filter output harmonic, protect motor & frequency converter.
    • Common Voltage Drop: 2.2V / 4.4V (phase voltage), matched with different power equipment.
