SFZ11 35KV Loaded Oil-Immersed Power Transformer
SFZ11-35kV series on-load oil-immersed power transformers are high-efficiency, energy-saving distribution equipment with on-load voltage regulation function, designed for 35kV power systems, widely used in small and medium-sized substations, industrial and mining enterprises, urban power grids and other power distribution scenarios.
This series complies with GB/T 6451, GB/T 1094, IEC 60076 and other international and domestic standards, featuring low loss, low noise, strong short-circuit resistance, reliable insulation and long service life, suitable for long-term outdoor operation.

Product Features
1. Iron Core
The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, adopting full-oblique joint stacking structure. The core column is a multi-step circular cross-section, and the iron yoke has the same cross-section as the core, ensuring low no-load loss and low noise.

2. Winding
The windings are concentric coils. The high-voltage winding is equipped with taps for tapping voltage requirements, led to the tap changer installed on the box cover. The tapping voltage can only be changed after the power supply is cut off.

3. Safety Protection Device
The transformer is equipped with a gas relay and a pressure relief valve to ensure safe operation under fault conditions.

4. Oil Protection Device
All transformers are equipped with oil conservators, one end of which is equipped with an oil level gauge. A moisture absorber with oil seal is installed on the oil conservator to prevent moisture and oxidation of transformer oil.

5. Oil Temperature Measuring Device
All transformers are equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, located on the top of the oil tank, extending into the oil by 120±10mm. Transformers of 10000kVA and above are equipped with outdoor signal thermometers.

6. Transformer Oil Tank And Its Accessories
The transformer is generally not supplied with the car, and the welding position of the bottom bracket shall comply with the provisions of GB6451. The lower wall of the oil tank is equipped with an oil sample valve, and the lower part of the transformer oil tank is equipped with an oil discharge valve large enough.
