SG(B) 11H and SG(B)13H Epoxy Dry Type Power Transformer

The SG10 series epoxy resin dry-type power transformer is a new-generation product with the highest safety performance. All insulating materials are non-combustible, self-extinguishing and non-toxic, with combustible content less than 10% of traditional epoxy cast products, and no toxic fumes generated during long-term combustion at 800℃.

This product shows outstanding advantages in power, subway, shipbuilding, chemical, metallurgy and other scenarios with high safety requirements, high humidity and poor ventilation. Its special coil design, technology and materials achieve excellent three-proof performance (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt-fog-proof), can withstand thermal shock, and ensures zero cracking and zero partial discharge.With a new structure, materials and technology, the SG10 series features excellent heat dissipation, long thermal life and strong overload capacity, capable of long-term safe operation at 120% overload. It can operate at full load for a long time without forced air cooling in IP23 environment.

Temperature control system

1. Basic Temperature Control Functions

  • Natural cooling (AN): Alarm at 130℃ winding temperature, trip signal output at 150℃
  • Forced air cooling (AF): Auto-start fans at 100℃, auto-stop at 80℃; Over-temperature alarm at 130℃, trip signal at 150℃
  • All temperature points are factory-set, adjustable within ±20℃ as needed

3. PC Interface Type Temperature Controller
The temperature control system collects temperature signals via PT100 thermistors embedded in low-voltage windings, displays each winding temperature intuitively, and supports computer interface for remote temperature monitoring.
