SC(B)15 Amorphous Alloy Epoxy Dry Type Power Transformer

The amorphous alloy epoxy dry-type transformer by applying advanced HTT epoxy dry-type transformer manufacturing technology. This product features low partial discharge, low loss, excellent heat dissipation, strong moisture resistance, outstanding short-circuit resistance, high overload capacity and compact appearance. Its performance fully complies with the standard GB/T 22072 Technical Parameters and Requirements for Amorphous Alloy Iron Core Distribution Transformers. Compared with Group A transformers specified in GB/T 10228, its no-load loss is reduced by more than 70%, and load loss is reduced by 15%, making it a new generation of energy-saving, safe, green and environmentally friendly high-tech electrical product. This transformer can replace all ordinary dry-type transformers in their application scenarios, suitable for high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, stations, mining enterprises and power plants. It is especially ideal for places with high fire safety requirements (flammable and explosive environments) and high moisture resistance demands.

1. Iron Core Structure
The iron core is made of formed amorphous alloy material with a three-phase three-column structure. It is suspended on the reinforced insulating plate above the coil, completely free from external force, giving full play to the advantages of amorphous alloy material: low no-load loss and low no-load current.

2. Coil & Insulation Performance
Both high and low voltage windings adopt rectangular coils, filled and wound with imported glass fiber mesh and tape inside and outside, and cured integrally with resin penetration. This structure provides extremely strong crack resistance and short-circuit resistance. The fully cast coil has strong moisture resistance and can be powered on immediately after installation.

3. Overall Structure
The transformer adopts a pusher-type clamp structure, with coils tightened by elastic pressure nails, resulting in a simple and beautiful overall structure. The high and low voltage windings are of thin-insulation, low-filler, fully cast type, with extremely strong moisture resistance, making it an immediate power-on transformer.

4. Casting Process & Quality Control
The product is cast with the latest German HEDRICH vacuum casting equipment, featuring advanced technologies such as vacuum thin film degassing, metering pump and static mixing, ensuring the proportioning accuracy and casting quality of epoxy mixture. The partial discharge of the winding is less than 5PC.

5. Heat Dissipation & Mechanical Strength
The HTC winding adopts advanced “air duct bar” technology, which is not limited by the winding curvature radius. Axial air ducts can be set at the heating center of the winding according to design requirements, achieving optimal heat dissipation for the whole machine. Multiple support ribs can be generated in the air duct to effectively enhance the mechanical strength of the winding.
