Product Overview

The MNS series low voltage withdrawable switchgear is a new generation of modular power distribution equipment, introduced from ABB’s advanced technology and improved to adapt to domestic national conditions. It adopts a fully assembled structure with a 25mm modulus C-profile as the basic component, ensuring high flexibility, safety, and reliability.

Compliant with GB 7251.1-2005 and IEC 60439 standards, it is widely used in power plants, industrial enterprises, commercial buildings, data centers, and infrastructure projects for power distribution, motor control, and reactive power compensation.

Structural Features

The cabinet is assembled by C-type connecting parts with 25mm modulus to form various frame structures and drawer units. In the MCC cabinet, high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used to make the safety more reliable.

  • Modular Framework: C-profile with 25mm modulus, convenient for assembly and expansion without special tools.
  • Safe Components: High-strength flame-retardant engineering plastics for internal components, improving safety.
  • Anti-Corrosion Treatment: Cold-rolled steel plate with pickling and passivation treatment, or aluminum-zinc plated steel plate available.
  • Flexible Combination: Various drawer types can be assembled in a single cabinet or mixed assembly.
