1. Installation Instructions

  1. DW1-6300 ACB supports fixed and draw-out installation, suitable for standard ultra-high current low-voltage cabinets, and must be installed vertically (verticality error ≤1°).
  2. 3P model is used for ultra-heavy industrial power systems; 4P model is suitable for large infrastructure and data centers requiring neutral protection.
  3. Use copper cables up to 400mm², with terminal tightening torque 18–20Nm to ensure reliable connection and avoid overheating.
  4. Keep the working environment free of corrosive gas, conductive dust and strong vibration; install forced ventilation in closed high-temperature spaces.
  5. After installation, perform a manual tripping test to verify normal operation of all protection functions.
  6. Perform regular maintenance every 6 months: clean internal dust, check contact wear and mechanism flexibility.
