DW1-1000 ACB – Installation Instructions & Selection Guide

1. Installation Instructions

  1. DW1-1000 ACB supports fixed and draw-out installation, matched with standard low-voltage distribution cabinet, and the installation surface should be flat and vertical (verticality error ≤1°).
  2. 3P type is used for three-phase power distribution system, 4P type is suitable for power system requiring neutral line protection (such as commercial buildings, hospitals).
  3. The wiring terminal should be connected with copper conductor (max terminal size: 95mm²), and the tightening torque is 8~10Nm to avoid poor contact caused by loose wiring.
  4. Working environment should be free of corrosive gas, dust and severe vibration; if used in high-humidity environment, additional moisture-proof measures are required.
  5. After installation, perform the tripping test (press the test button of the breaker) to verify the normal operation of overcurrent, short circuit and under-voltage protection functions.
  6. Regular maintenance (every 6 months) is required to clean the dust inside the breaker and check the contact wear and operating mechanism flexibility.
